Wedding Ceremonies

Are you wanting an outdoor wedding ceremony?  The Tailrace Centre is the perfect spot featuring a beautiful garden green overlooking the West Tamar River.  If it is an indoor ceremony that you would like then the modern architecturally designed glass Chapel is for you.

We have 3 in house celebrants that can assist with all the ceremony details.

Wedding Receptions

The Tailrace Centre is a modern contemporary venue offering you three unique rooms for your reception. 

•  The Freycinet room is the party room.  It is the room that allows you to invite larger numbers of guests and provides the space to dance the night away. 
• The Tamar room with its French Chandelier, and modern room design combines the old with the new in a unique way.  Access to the cafe deck brings the oudoor and the indoor together.
• The Chapel  is unique with its circular shape, glass walls, Japanese garden and ambience lighting.  A beautiful room.

 Kids Paradise is available to all our small wedding guests.
