The following are the most frequent questions people ask about Kids Paradise. So here's the top 10 Questions and Answers.
1. Do I have to wear socks at Kids Paradise? We encourage you to wear socks for hygiene reasons..
2. Can I bring food into Kids Paradise?
No. Kids Paradise is a cafe/restaurant with pizzeria and full cafe facilities. We have both inside and outside dining areas. Only food purchased from Seals Cafe and Kids Paradise can be consumed in these areas. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. You may bring baby food in for your infant. Kids Paradise reserves the right to ask you to remove any food brought into the centre. If you have special needs please let our staff know so that we can accommodate.
3. Can I leave my children and return again later?
For children under the age of 10 the answer is NO. Your child must be supervised at all times. You can go out to the Cafe, however, you must leave an adult to supervise your child at all times in Kids Paradise. If you're child is over the age of 10 then yes, you may leave your child to play unsupervised. If your child arrives unsupervised and under age we will contact you, the parent, to ensure that you know where you're child is.
4. Can we leave and return later?
Yes you can return on the same day. Leave your arm band attached to return to Kids Paradise later the same day.
5. Does the Structure have supervisors on weekends and School Holidays? Yes. Kids Paradise always has supervisors, although we are not a child minding facility. We do not look after children. You are responsible for your child at all times. Your child must obey the rules at all times.
6. Can I bring in my own Birthday Cake?
Yes. We do provide Birthday Cakes and we can custom design these cakes. But I loved making my kids cakes and involving them in the process and we do not want to discourage any mother/father/grandparent that desires to do this for their child.
7. What is the age limit to play?
There is no age limit. See entry prices.
8. Are adults allowed on the structure?
Adults are most welcome to play on everything except for the Pirates playground.
9. If my child is invited to a party at Kids Paradise, can they bring their siblings?
Yes, you may bring your siblings. They will pay the normal entry fee.
10. Can I bring my pram into Kids Paradise?
Yes, you may bring your pram, although due to space requirements we would prefer that you brought a stroller or capsule. Pram access to downstairs in the new centre will be obtained through an external pathway or ask one of our friendly staff to assist you in taking the pram downstairs.
