1. Sharon O’Neill (Soul Keeping)

Your Soul is the most important thing about you.  The life you’re living is directly linked to the well being of your soul.  Discover 9 things you must do to keep your soul well. Great workshop for anyone feeling hurried, anxious, tired, fatigued, life’s out of control, stressed.

2. Lori Hrycyszyn (My Tassie Kitchen) – My Tassie Kitchen at Women’s Health Expo 

A workshop designed for women to learn more about how your diet affects your health.

We will talk about gut health, real food Versus conventional diets, what does inflamation in the body look like and what type of foods to include for better health for you and your family.

We’ll also do a fun demo on how to make sauerkraut and talk about other gut friendly concoctions such as bone broth and kombucha with some samples available to try at the workshop.

You’ll walk away with knowledge and some recipes to implement at home.

3. Wendy Exton (Mother Earth Coaching)
As young girls and women are conditioned to so many roles in life which can create an overwhelming sense and never enough time for ourselves. My workshop ‘Let’s Flourish’ opens up the heart and mind to focus on what’s not working to create what’s possible.

2.   Joanne Roles (Mi Passion) – From Illness To Wellness
Follow the experiences of Joanne from her earliest childhood memory as an unwell 5-year-old with a condition the Doctors didn’t have an answer for.
Hear how she is a questioner of life, of the world of health, and learn how she was able to heal herself.
Joanne is passionate about her recovery and presents at workshops, health retreats and events to share what she has learned, and show how to attain optimal health.
$10.00 per person

3. Christina Mathewson (Family Health Naturally)
Many people today are living their lives as if they have forever and their health will always be something they have. It can all be taken in a moment and you suddenly realize that it’s not forever. Christina will share the lessons she learnt about health and wellness from after coming off life support in 2013, after the birth of her last baby, lessons she has used to help many starts really living again.
