Come and join us for our School Holiday Youth bootcamps!
Each day we will doing a different workout to get fit and to be active. These will be modified for all fitness levels so anyone can belong.
The best part is that after working up an appetite, we will cook a healthy lunch together.
So come along and get your sweat on with us!
It’s a great way to be active, have fun and make great friendships.
Meet at Tailrace: 11am
Boot Camp: 11am – 12pm
Lunch: 12pm – 1pm
What will happen?
Battle ropes, tyre flips, bodyweight exercises and running. All sorts of different kinds of fun exercise.
What to Wear?
Exercise appropriate clothing and a water bottle.
